Is bicycle riding a good way to lose inches on stomach?
I can't seem to lose my tummy. i have exercised, changed the way I eat. ...what can i do?

- yeah it is, but then again so is not eating like a pig.
- ok well the thing is that when you lose fat, you lose it equally aroudn your body, theres no way to lose fat just in yoru stomach area or just on your legs, but, it appers this way because if you do crnhes or sit ups, you are toning the muscles int hat area, so it looks liek yoru loosing more fat in yoru belly. bike riding is great for loosing weight, but dont expect you stomach to tone up unless you start bmxing and using all your other muscles, yoru legs will tone up good tho

- I do spinning cycling ad have great thighs and bum, but for tummy you should try doing core exercises, which are designed specially for core muscles, abs (three groups of abs), back and lower back. - sure its a great excercise. but in order to lose the bulge as we call it. you have to tine first to lose the fat. many people have eaten the right diet and exercise everyday. sometimes your doctor can give you a medication that will burn the calories and help get rid of the fat. as we get older everyone gets one, but sometimes just exercise and diet doesn't help out. its not a bad idea to talk to your doctor and get a check up. from their talk to them about your diet and type of excercise and how long you do it. good luck.

- Riding a bike is great exercise!!
- Only Bicycle riding is not sufficient but you have do some more exercise and better to work out Gym. Of course you will lose stomach if you do hard cycling and very carefull in balance diet. But It is not so easy and you may feel sickness. Good luck.
