How to lose inches


when people lose inches off their waist and their hips get smaller too how do they get smaller?

does the bone shrink or something?? or is it just all fat thats there and the bone is actually small?

  2. The bone does not shrink, it may loose some density if your not getting enough calcium but in terms of loosing weight, yup waist and hips appear to get smaller as the fat is lost from places you can see it as well as places you can't.
  3. The bone is still the same . but the muscle it tighter at that area so the "tone" shows the outcome of the workout. the fat is burned off and the muscle begins to tone or build from the exercise.
  4. It's fat ... the bone doesn't shrink. Women basically carry their body fat in their waist, hips, thighs & buttock. We are just programmed that way.
