- walking sit ups and no more sweets
- No carbs, no sugar, and some pilates.
- Walk, jog or cycle, (or really any type of cardio) drink lots of water, no carbs after 3:00 in the afternoon, and up your protein and vegetable intake. Cut out soft drinks, refined sugars and junk food, and eat good carbs, such as sweet potatoes, brown rice and whole wheat breads.(again, no carbs after 3:00 in the afternoon.) Lots of water really works wonders, great for your skin, too.
- Lay off the carbs and sodium. If you drink alot of soda's replace it with tea, water or koolaids you'll loose five pounds in two days. Eat a good breakfast and lunch and a light supper. It's hard for me to exercise alone, find someone to keep you motivated. Don't stress or feel guilty about snacking in between meals, its okay, just don't get carried away. Try taking short walks in the evening after supper. Sometimes just changing your routine and diet habits make a difference. good luck.
- Cardio Cardio Cardio!! Cardio burns calories and reduces your size!! The only real way to lose inches is by working for it (cardio) Crunches and sit-ups will help tone the stomach area but not help you lose there!! As for the hips if you have a gym membership use the Hip abduction and the Hip aduction!! That machine will work you also. If you have access to a gym use the elptical machine. Not only is it better for your knees but you can set it on a setting that will work your butt/hips. I did that yesterday and I am sore today! Which is good becuase that means it worked it!!
- Extreme Power Plus, Hoodia Juice & Extreme Colon Cleanser www.dreamlifeproducts.com/adav This stuff really does work I have used it and lost 30 lbs! I prefer the Extreme power plus with the ephedra but the ephedra free works really well too.
- First of all, you shouldn't lose more then 6-12 lbs in a month and half. Second, you can't choose where you loose weight. Your body burns it evenly. Here's some information on changing your diet to help lose inches. I lost 20lbs and 4 inches on my waist in about 5 months so my advice is coming from experience. In order to lose weight, you need to change your lifestyle and not rely on fad diets like Atkins or Weight Watchers. You should be eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, although the eating portion is, in my opinion, way more important. An average exercise session can burn a few hundred calories. You can eat one Big Mac and cancel out those calories burned. You should eat 6 meals a day (typical breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 3 snacks consisting of things like yogurt, fruit, etc). This keeps your metabolism up and helps you burn calories more efficiently. As a general rule, there are 4 main things that you need to eliminate from your diet. 1) Trans Fat - any food that contains an ingredient like "Hydrogenated oil" 2) Large quanitites of saturated fat - while your body can process some, a large quantity will be stored as fat and is much more difficult to burn 3) Processed carbs - basically anything that is white flour based - spaghetti, white rice, white bread, etc - is bad and will only be broken down into sugar and stored as fat. 4) High sugar foods - If you see an ingredient called "High fructose corn syrup" stay away. Anything that is high in sugar is bad, but HFCS is the worst. Instead focus on foods high in protein and fiber as these two nutrients help you feel full. Good sources for these nutrients are nuts, beans, and lean meats. If you feel hungry, drink something first as your body sometimes mistakes thirst for hunger. If you really want to get into it, you can use www.fitday.com to track the calories in the food you eat. There are online calculators that can calculate how many calories you should consume to MAINTAIN your body weight. If you take this calorie number, subtract 500, and aim to consume that many calories per day, you're guaranteed to lose 1lb of fat per week (This is because 1lb of fat = 3500 calories, thus if you burn 500 calories per day more then you consume over 7 days, you'll burn 3500 calories and thus 1lb of fat) NOTE: Don't cut your caloric intake by more then 7000 calories per week or your body will start turning to other sources for energy - your muscles - and go into fat storing mode. That's some starter information. Good luck!
