how can i lose 3 inches off my hips in a month?
I dont want to have to starve myself though.

- The gym! hip excercises daily such as lying on your side, resting on your elbow, bend the leg on the floor, straighten the leg on top and lift it 15 times, do the same on the other side. i worked in a gym and i do gymnastics, it'll work!
