How can I lose two inches off my hips by August!? My hips now are about 37/38".?

- see about some weekly yoga classes or a personal trainer at your local gym. Try to get one or two lessons in a week, and lay off the junk food. Eat healthy food only. You should also try to take a walk around the block or a nearby park once every day or two.
- I find a lady with wide hips to be quite feminine. It is very sexy.
