I need to lose inches around my stomach and hips!?
I need to slim down...my stomach really protrudes and my hips are so wide....what exercises can I be doing that will make my midsection slim down the most or fastest?

- cardio...do some jogging combined with walking and eat sensible meals. I'm trying to do the same thing myself and so far I've fallen off the wagon for a month but just letting you know that's what I'm trying.
