How can I lose inches off my waist hips and belly? I do carmen electras workout...does this help?

- The best excercise that is working for me is the leg press.It where you lay on your back and push weights with your feet. I do 200 in sets of fifty and then I lift weights with my arms also laying on back. My swim trunks used to be tight now they are not. The results will show in about a week. As far as Carmen Electra I dont know.
- Remember, your leg muscles are the biggest in the body and burn the most calories when you work them. I'm not familiar with Carmen Electra's workout, but running, swimming, and stairs are your best bet and try to keep your heart rate up for over thirty minutes unless you have a compromising condition.
