Sorry to some women who want to be big breasted and slim hipped (99% of women can't do it and all but the smallest fraction of them are teenagers) reality kicks in

  12. I think the elliptical would be the best exercise for losing inches from your hips. It worked really well for me. If you do not have access to one presently, try the old fashioned way. Lay on your side and lift your leg in a contolled movement up and down repetitively. Then move leg to a 45 deg angle and do the same thing. You can add ankle weights for resistance if needed. Make sure you are eating well also, dont skip breakfast or eat late at night. Cut out fried foods from your diet as much as possible and drink PLENTY of water. Good luck!
