How to lose inches


How can I lose 4-5 inches off my lower hips?

After five months of intense diet and exercise, I've seen great results! However, Im having a difficult time getting results in the lower hip area. While inches are shedding elsewhere, I have only lost three inches total from my lower hips in five months. How do I lose these extra 4-5 inches?? Btw, I do interval (high-low intensity) cardio six days a week, and stick to a very healthy 1200-1400 calorie diet.
