i need to lose inches on my hips in five days...how can i do this? it can be temperary too?

- Cut yourself in half, lengthwise.
- Five days hmm? Absolutely No sugar and squeezing your cheeks a lot. Various pilates leg exercises may help too. In five days with a very strict diet you may lose up to 1/2" is a realistic expectation. Your pants will fit looser, but you might not be able to go down an entire size unless you were between sizes.
- Buy one of the full body underwear that really straps you in. They work great if you don't mind being a little uncomfortable.
- just go for a five day run or walk and only eat what you really need run forest run
- Wear a REALLY tight belt!!!!!!
- The best thing I know you could do is go to a place that does body wraps. You will lose some inches, but it may not be only two or three from your hips and inches elsewhere too.
