How to lose inches

i need to lose inches on my hips in five days...how can i do this? it can be temperary too?

  1. Cut yourself in half, lengthwise.
  2. Five days hmm? Absolutely No sugar and squeezing your cheeks a lot. Various pilates leg exercises may help too. In five days with a very strict diet you may lose up to 1/2" is a realistic expectation. Your pants will fit looser, but you might not be able to go down an entire size unless you were between sizes.
  3. Buy one of the full body underwear that really straps you in. They work great if you don't mind being a little uncomfortable.
  4. just go for a five day run or walk and only eat what you really need run forest run
  5. Wear a REALLY tight belt!!!!!!
  6. The best thing I know you could do is go to a place that does body wraps. You will lose some inches, but it may not be only two or three from your hips and inches elsewhere too.
