How to lose inches


HOW do i lose some INCHES off my HIPS AND BUM?

Female, 5'3, 150 lbs, tiny waist but big hips and bum .....so unattracitve, has anyone got any tips on losing a couple of inches?

Go on a diet (I used the calorie diet and it worked really well) if you want more info on the cal. diet let me know Ill be glad to help! 2.Exercise, walk,run,swin, go to the gym anything like that will help 3.Keep your self motavated if you dont you will just gain extra poundage 4.Eat good foods dont eat junk, I mean every once in a while is ok but not everyday. 5.If you are near a gym and can afford it that is a great way to lose weight. 6.   4. do cardio 4-6 times a week, then do exercises for those areas.
  5. A good friend of mine had the same thing. Tiny waist, a relatively bigger mid-section. Basically, you have burn more calories than you take in, increase your metabolism, and most importantly, set realistic goals. Don't do any quick fix diets or diet pills -- They actually hurt your body more than help. She did the "Body for Life" program for 4 months and lost 32 pounds and is back to her best days... Read the book -- I think you should be able to get it at a local library or any bookstore. It's by Bill Phillips.. If you do end up doing it, do it with someone who lives with you or a close friend -- That keeps you motivated and in check -- and would make you feel guilty, if you slip up. Good Luck!
