Since the beginning of this month, I've started a work-out regimen that includes pilates, yoga, cardio, and some (but not a lot) of weight training. My family has noticed a difference, and so have I. Of my total weight, I've lost 5 pounds. And I lost two inches off my weight and my hips. How healthy is it to lose that much within one month? I'm 5'8", but I think that I lost 2 inches, and only 5 pounds because I gained a bit of muscle weight. I'm sure I lost more fat pounds, but the muscle weighs more than fat.
