How can i lose inches off my hips and waist without any equipment?
I want to lose inches off my hips and waist but dont have access to a gym or any equipment.Are there any really fast and simple ways of losing fat.I dont have alot of spare time so the easier the better! Please Help...

- Fruits, vegetables, and water. They may seem "ugh" at first but they're GREATNESS! And walking/biking/jogging. You can do anything moving like around your block, in your house, around your house outside....
- If you have a DVD player invest in some Bikini Boot Camp videos from "Shape" You can find them on Overstock.com. Worked for me! Went from a size 14 to a 6 in no time. Not only do they offer cardio workouts but sculpting portions too. Plus the videos only run 30 minutes and you do them 3 to 5 times a week.
- Try workout videos such as Denise Austin's "Power-zone: metabolism booster", or Lisa Wheeler's "Bikini Body Workout". I only do home workouts, and I've lost 6 pounds this month already! They are divided into chapters, so if you only want to do the workouts pertaining to the legs/hip/butt area, you can! Much success.
- running and kickboxing something high impact is the best for your hips. so if you cant run outside, by a video and put it in 30min a day keeps the pounds away, most of all have fun don't do anything you hate, because 30min will feel like 90min Rent a video first that way it is cheaper and you can see if you like it
