how can i lose inches on my hips?
im 14 and i weigh 106. i dont really looki it and im fairly thin except my hips!! idk how to maybe lose some inches on them and i dont eat alot of sweets and junk food and i do different excersizes on a daily basis, basically 5 days a week really. any tips on losin some inches??

- You can't spot train. If you're going to lose weight (and inches) you're going to lose them all over. You can't tell your body where to take the weight from. If you're exercising on a regular basis there's a good chance that it's muscle. At age 14 and that weight, even if you were shorter you shouldn't be losing any weight.
