  1. I just mentioned this to another, however I am a member with annecollins.com. I just read about this. There is no quick way to get rid of this other than being patient. Its basically the last to lose but if you keep eating right and doing your exercise regimen, it will eventually come off, but it takes more patience than anything!
  2. I wanted to lose inches in my thighs also. I started walking a lot and doing lunges everyday. Not only did I lose inches in my thighs, but my butt lifted and firmed also!
  3. Take longer strides when you walk. Take the stairs. Ride a bicycle. Have sex in positions that forces you to use your thigh muscles. You will tell when you feel the burn in your thighs the next day.
  4. jog, cycle, etc, any exercise that uses your legs will help you lose inches from your thighs... Good Luck!!!
