Does incline on a treadmill make it harder to lose inches in your thighs?

i usually put incline 10. does it make you bulkier in the thighs?

  1. You may be building/toning muscles which will do this
  2. you are likely getting more muscle than you want, drop your incline and be sure to do streaching exercises to lengthen those bulky muscles.
  3. I think it would bulk your thighs, don't they feel numb and swollen when your done ?
  4. I would say Decline....becuz it really works those legs going downhill, really in the upper leg too. Both are gonna be good, but decline is what id go with more.
  5. i can answer this question from experience becasue i train to be a bodybuilder so i have done all the research on bulkiness there is to do. First thing is the only way you are going to get bulker as a woman is if u take supplements me and my husband work out together and i do the same excersise he does for 3 years and i am no where no as big as him becasue woman have different frame than men. some woman take steriods to get as big as men to compete in contest.
