What is the best way to lose inches off you thighs and butt?

i am happy with my weight it is just i don't like how my thighs and butt look

  1. Exercise Specifically toning Squats, lunges, walking lunges leg lifts strength trainnig exercise that targets your hips and thighs. Add weights to these routines, either hand weights or bar bell (20-25lb resting behind your head on your shoulders). Do as many as you can until you get so tired you cannot do any more. That is how you get results Oh and be sure to STRETCH afterwards
  2. cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min combined with light weight training at the same time eat enough food to not lose weight
