How can I lose inches around my thighs?

I am 15 , and I am thin, but my thighs are HUGE! What do I do, thanks!

  5. Jumping jacks jump ropes! these help ALOT!
  6. Run a lot. It'll tighten your thighs. Also, you can do some thigh exercises one weight machines, but do very light weight and very high reps and it will tighten your muscles; the net effect will be that they will get smaller and more toned.
  7. Cardio. But you're only 15, you have more important stuff to worry about...like grades and what you're going to do with yourself once you graduate from high school.

  12. Appreciate them! I was always pretty skinny, but since I played sports and ran a lot, I had humongous legs. I use to hate them and want to get ride of them, btu then I realized that they were gorgeous. Just tone them up a little and you will truly appreciate them. Do exercises that concentrate on your thighs and they will tone right up. Good luck, and trust me darling, love what you have!

Are your thighs big because of the muscle mass or because of fat mass? if it is fat it is easier to lose these masses either by liposuction (surgery), drugs (lipolysing drugs), and making exercises and aerobics. Don't work out if it is muscle masses, it will make them bigger, do less running or thigh exercises and eat less protiens. Eat healthy food and always have sport, this is the best advice.
