I want to lose 3 inches off my thighs!!! Will you help me??
If I run at 5mph for 30 minutes or more 3-5 times a week, and do pilates 3 times a week, will that make my thighs shrink? How long will it take for me to lose 3 inches?? p.s. I'm already a normal weight but my thighs are big and full of FAT!

- Try Lifting Weights with your legs. Lower Weight and a High amount of reps. That will concentrate the workout on your legs and by doing low weight with high reps you won't build mass, but you should tone them up.
