I need to know how to lose inches/weight faster? Is it my age?
I'm 38, 166cm tall and 72kgs heavy! I'm aiming for 62kgs. I've lost 4 kgs since march since starting on 6 meals/snacks per day diet and low carb as well, counting 1500 cals a day, running 40 mins on elliptical trainer 5 days a week and just started Elle McPherson's workout on alternate days where i won't do my cardio as it includes a cardio session. I've lost some inches but everything's going so slooowww..... I know about muscle weight etc so i'm not too worried about the weight but how do i lose the inches? Fast? I'm weary of my kids calling me Gloria the Hippo from the movie 'Madagascar', tho they do it affectionately.....

- Hi, I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work! A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
