How do you work out your thighs, butt and hips?
I dont want to lose my butt but I want to work it out and shape it more, and I would like to lose a couple of inches on my thighs and hips, what could I do to acheve this?

- This really works...Lay on your side and prop your head up on your hand. Lift your leg and lower it but don't rest it. Do this over and over from every angle. It actually works your thighs, butts, and hips all at the same time. As well as your calf muscles. You will feel it working.
- The best exercise for all that you have mentioned are squats. Do some research on the Internet as there are several methods. However, I would recommend developing a routine that would encompass all muscle groups. Here are things that can help you - jogging, biking, squats, leg presses, leg extension, step mill, and swimming. Pick a few, develop a routine and stick to it. You'll see in difference in weeks.
- stans on the edge of the last steep face op the steeps use only 1/2 of the feet on the steeps. if possable place some type of wate across youre sholders squeeze the butt mucle in when you relavet { rise up to youre toes} hold up for 10 slow sec. repeat at least 10 times and try to increase weekley good luck
- you can go and find a local fitness center close to you and do some daily workouts and then that should help you on shaping your thighs and hips for sure
- Hello there well just thought I'd let you know that men & woman lose from differnt places of there bodys , most of us are bilt like apples or pears LOL ,so you well haaave to target a certon earie of your body but you well drop LBs in outher plaaces too its mom Natuer lol. just talk it easy when you are doing any exsersize , hope this well help you ..
