  1. Liposuction. You can't pick where you lose fat.
  2. Read tips & Articles on different types of Diets, Exercise Programs, Yoga,Pilate's & much more.... All about Weight Loss, Weight Watchers, Tea Diets, easy Home Exercises to name a few
  3. give up the bread, pasta and cheese or dairy products, i am skinny but i have a little pouch my bf was a body builder and he told me to stop eating atleast bread and i did Now i have no more pouch.Good Luck!
  4. Its really hard to pick and choose where you lose fat from. The body deposits fat where it wants to, and it loses fat where it wants to. You can try to work those areas harder when you work out. But as a general rule when you lose weight you will probably have the same shape of figure you did before you put on weight.
  5. You can't choose where to loose weight from.
  6. The old joke is I'm still shaped like a coke bottle, but now it's a 2 liter bottle....lol While you cant choose what area to lose fat in (fat tends to drop off equally on all parts of your body) you can shape your body as it goes through weight loss. Doing sit ups will tighten your waist and stomach and lifting or pushing exersizes will make your arms stronger. Both ways will build muscle in those areas and make the skin tighter and it will look better while still maintaining your rear and thighs pretty much as they are.
  7. Doing exercises that target only the areas where you want to lose weight is your best option. Even then, you can't guarantee that you won't lose weight from other areas of your body. You should never cut out breads- carbs give you energy! But you should try your best to stick to just complex carbs (whole grains, no bleached starches, etc.). Any bread-product that is white, has usually been bleached, and is best to stay away from those. You shouldn't cut out ANY type of food completely from your diet. You just have to eat a balanced amount of healthy foods. Cutting out fast foods, deserts, and the like are good ideas, though I defiantly think you should treat yourself to the things you love (that aren't so good for your body) every now and then. It'll help keep you from overindulging. Moderation is key.
