Losing fat inches on your butt?
i want to lose fat and at least 5 inches from my butt. what is the best way to go about doing this?

- Try doing things such as moving your legs up and down with a moderate pace such as cardio. Or you can also do squats which will benefit to your butt and legs!
- You'll need a combination of cardio and strength training, so when you lose the inches, you're not flat and flabby. I'd recommend using an elliptical trainer or stairclimber 30-45 minutes 4-6 times a week, and do a lot of squats and lunges (just watch your form so you don't hurt your knees). Also, make sure you count calories, maybe even join Weight Watchers so you have motivation.
