How can I lose inches off of my waist, butt and thighs especially inner thighs. I to lose like 3 pant sizes/?

I want to go from a size 15 to a size 10. Can anyone give me some excercises/ diets to follow to achieve this goal?

  2. Reduce ur food intake or try eating at least 5 small meals a day instead of 2 big ones... drinks lots of water..... try working out for 20 mins daily .. that might help.. good luck
  3. I am in the process of doing exactly what you are wanting to do too. We have bought a treadmill for home (Because my husband suffers with arthritis)We tried joining a gym but it was too hard for him....so we invested in the treadmill...I lost 5lbs in one week and by the third week I had toned up so much I could get into a pair of pants smaller!! I drank lots of water and watched the junk food consumption. I treated myself twice a week to a treat!! It is possible....it is a slow process but it is rewarding...Good Luck to you!!
  4. i know it sounds silly, but dance, every time someone asks about excersize i say dance, i swear it works, i lost 15 pounds and gained a new confidence. try it for atleast a week and use ankle weights and arm 5 lb weights, try it and drink plenty of H2O.
