How can I lose inches off my upper butt - just below the natural waist?

I already do aerobics (treadmill/eliptical) most days of the week and my lower butt and legs are shaping quite nicely. I still have fat just under my natural waist (high on the butt) that makes my butt look square. How do I target inch loss from that area.

  2. lay on your stomach and raise your legs behind you until you feel it burn. do this for 10 mins each day.
