How do I lose inches on my butt?

My butt size is 35 inches and I want to lose about 3.... what are the best butt exercises that will not make my butt bigger but make it shrink 3 inches. Pls include reps and how many days a week to do it... thanx so much!

  4. Well, i suggest excersise. like running, and little diet. but i would ask my doctor. I runa mile evry morning and night, and i took away breakfast and a morning snack, and i lost about ten lbs. in about 3 weeks. but it may not work for you. but you can always try right?

  7. Lunges are great for the tush..about 15 reps 5 times a day. Laying on back, with your knees up and doing butt cheek squeezes are terrific, too. about the same amount of reps. Then do as the others suggested, walk about a half hour a day..if you can, up hill, then down. Good luck, Please don't quite..it really works.
  8. try bike riding, it helps your legs, bum and tum as long as you actually make sure its a bit tough, because more down hill than up hill wont really do much good. It really does work and if you enjoy bike riding its even better!

  10. why would want to lose your butt?next to the boobs the butt is the next thing on the list that the guys check out. I say keep your butt and work on your stomach or thighs.....
  11. walking is the best exercise and so easy. also lunges are great. walking helps you loose as well as tightens those glutes up. go girl
