  2. Be careful with the atkins. It can work. 6ft & 185# sounds good to me though. If you keep it up, you should see noticable changes in two-three months. I noticed when I started exercising this way (three times a week with swimming in between two days a week) that I was very hungry. I bought lots of microwave veggies (in the fresh food aisle) or opened a bag of salad and ate the whole thing with salsa on it (and a slice or two of leaner cheese or jerky). Also, drink lots & lots of water.
