- Are you sure you want to lose the waist line quickly, then control your diet with a lot of physical exercise. Just stick on to green vegetables without oil strickly and eat a lot of wheat made foods. If not in one month at least shortly you can.
- don’t even try to do this..1st thing its nt possible 2nd it will be really bad from health point of view...ideally 1 shuld loose 4-5 kg a month...and 10inches means at least 8-10 kg....be careful
