How to lose a couple inches off my waist?
I watch what i eat and i probbaly eat about 1700 calories a day. I weigh about 110, i'm about 5'6" and i've recently decided that i want to lose some weight and some inches of my waist/hips. I currently have 32 inch hips and 26 inch waist. i would like my waist to be about 24 inches. I want to accomplish my goal in about two months. is this possible to do? if so, how?

- You are already at your minimum healthy weight. Be happy with your body, you are a tiny person already. It could be that your body type and genetics come into play and you will never have a 24" waist.
- That's easy do sit-ups or breakdacing(strongly recommended!) actually u r hot enough girl~
- gurl u should be happy u dont have to get anymore skinnyier but if u do want to then qdo some sit ups and run around everyday around ur block for 45 min atleats. ok and atleats 3 times a week and make sure to do ur sit ups after probably like 50.
- ure BMI is underweight u have an eating disorder if u want to loosemore weight
- for toning up the midsection, the fastest way is to learn to do the hoola hoop!! it uses all the right muscles to get the darn thing to go around more than twice!!
- I think you need to see a doctor. Tell him/her you want to lose weight.
- But you are already underweight for your height. And if you lose two inches of your waist, that will be another 10lb or so, making you 15lb underweight! You can't just lose fat from your waist either, it will also come off from your boobs and hips. You don't need to have a 24 inch waist, but if it bothers you that much buy a corset or something, but don't try to lose weight. Take care : )
