Can Someone please tell me how I can lose inches off my waist?
I want to lose some inches off my waist and get skinner and healther within a short period of time. Anyone know I can lose LOTS of pounds and inches REALLY FAST????

- You cant "spot reduce" you have to lose the weight all-over... As far as losing it quickly, you need to lose no more than 2-3 lbs per week. It really is all about changing your lifestyle, and having healthier habits... If you hold yourself to a standard, you will show it. I know it probably isnt what you want to hear, but I have to be honest...
