I want to lose inches off my waist?
All my life I've been pretty healthy. I've never been overweight. And I've been eating right and exercising regularly for almost two years. But diet and exercise don't seem to be working. The only time I have ever looked how I want to look was when I was on a starvation diet. I want to lose a few inches off my waist. Do diet pills work? Any suggestions?

- dont use pills doctors say they have side effects(pills) 1.do some exersice 2.or go jogging 3.or play with your man try one of these
- those green tea pills do curb yer appitite but nothing beats a good long run-for-your-life-being-chased-by-a-junkyard-dog day
- I think that many people have a different deffinition of the word healthy and different deffinitions of fitness. Before you go and try diet pills talk to a nutritionist. I found that eating a vegan diet (that is no animal products at all) has helped me feel great and look the way i want to. Also, portioning your food and knowing exactly how much to eat help so that you dont eat excess calories. Diet pill are not a healthy or sustainable solution. I am completely happy eating vegan and there are a million great vegan cook books to help you eat well.
- please don't starve yourself. as a person who has been overweight most of my life i can understand the temptation to try anything to get the results you want but the health risks are not worth it. try one of those neoprene belts you wear while exercising they are usually pretty good at shaving off a few inches. aslo cutting out carbonated drinks will help any bloat you may have.
- Pills, pills, pills. Why must everybody think the answer lies in a pill? Diet and exercise not working? Wrong diet and wrong exercises. It really is that simple. Burn more calories than you take in and you won't have a weight problem. If you must use a pill, I would look into Green Tea or something equivalent. It would be smart to take something that's healthy and stimulates your metabolism. Green Tea does this. Good luck.
- Diet pills are not as useful as natural way to lose ur extra fat. i think you should have light meals about 6-7 times a day. Only thing by you can lose few inches off ur waste is to burn more calories than you take/eat, you may lose extra calories by stretching exercises, you may do these in ur home, and go for jogging, take fresh fruit juices, drink lots of water, use salad fresh with ur meal, use green tea after meals. Jogging and light strching exercises are the best way to burn calories, and it will make ur body fit as the muscles should be.
- you'd better not to use that pills. first tell me how much do u weigh? how tall are you? how old are you?
- I'm not sure how you look now, how much you exercise, or how well you eat so it's hard to say. Please don't try diet pills. Most don't work and you still have to exercise and eat right anyway. That's a common place to gain weight, especially as we get older. Diets are unhealthy too. Please never starve yourself. You need to eat 3 healthy meals each days with snacks in between. That will speed up your metabolism. Have you tried crunches? You will have to keep them up though or the fat will return. I would go to a gym and ask for a trainer to help you target that area. I like to swim. It's a total body workout. The important thing is to like yourself no matter what. Do you want to lose weight for you, to feel better or to be healthier? If you want to lose weight for someone else or because you think society says you must, then that's the wrong reason. It's more important to be healthy then too thin. Looks aren't everything. Some people just aren't thin because of genetics. You can try meeting with a dietitian too. I would go to a gym though. I wish you the best. God Bless!
- Routine exercises & jogging is the only answer of ur question. pills and other artificials should be strictly prohibiated.

- The only way to loose inches off your waist is to target your exercises on that specific area. There are so many simple exercises just by standing straight with your legs slightly apart and your feet aligned with your shoulders, work only your upper torso (don't move your lower body) by reaching with your left arm accross your torso over to your right hand and visa verse. Or just by bending your torso to the right side and go back to the straight position, do the same with the opposite side. Do this 20 times, pause for 20 seconds and do 5 more reps. You can get exercises tapes for this as well. Very simple and very effective.
- I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. They have a meal plan too to go with it. I feel great..... go to the website and check it all out for yourslelf. People have before and after pics up there too. If you're interested in it, sign up with them (it's free). Let me know if you have anymore questions. I'm on that site too. email me if you have any problems or anything.
