How do I lose inches off my waist?

If I want to lose about 12 inches off my waist by the end of July, how would I go about doing that? I know starving is out of the question, and I'm not much of an exercise person, but I'll do it if I have to. Advice? My friend read this question, and she gave me this bottle of pills called "activit multi-vitamins" It's supposed to help metabolism. Should I take them, or will they just hinder my exercise and diet?

  1. You become an excerise person then - Go to the gym first thing in the morning and eat breakfast later. You'll burn calories going straight to the fat that way. Work out on the cardio machines, slowly adding more time and resistance each visit. Don't starve yourself, but eliminate all processed foods, meat, sodas, and alcohol. Replace that with brown rice, fruits & veggies, tofu, whole wheat pasta and other organically grown foods. Good luck!
  2. 12 inches in just over a month is going to probably require cosmetic surgery. It's the fat that is making you waist big so if you lose the weight you will have flaps of skin hanging off your gut and you need to get rid of those too. This requires surgery. If you aren't willing to do that nor are you willing to eat right and exercise then there really isn't anything you can do. Except gain more weight.
  3. I would take them. I was doing weight watchers. I had hit a little plateau....but then I started taking one a day weight conscious multi vitamins and lost more weight the next week. Plus, multis may have some things that you are missing in your diet
