Is possible to lose inches form your waist but not too much more weight?
I don't want to lose really much more weight, I had a baby two years ago and am happy with my body other than my waist. I just want to lose some more inches in this area to get more of an hor glass figure.

- You could get one of those body wrap things, I am not sure how long or if they last though but I have heard that they are good at taking inches off of specific areas.
- Pilates, you will form muscle and get rid of the fat.....
- Sit ups or some similar exercise is your only choice outside of surgery.

- Unfortunately no, and I wish. Fat is distributed all over your body so If you lose fat and trim your waist you'll find that you'll lose inches somewhere else. For example, say for instance you carry most of your weight on your lower body thus you are pear shaped then you will probably lose inches first on your legs and buttocks then lastly your waist. I know it sucks, but your body will know where it stores fat more than you think.

- What Curious Writer said................You don't need to diet you said, so just exercise your waist.....Sit ups are great............and you can stand at the back of a kitchen chair and reaise your left leg to the side straight out and do that 25 times..........change legs and do the right for 25 times..................If you do this everyday, you will notice a big 1-2 inches off waist in 2 weeks........good luck.....
