How to lose inches


i need to lose 3 inches off my waist.?

Going into the army. I exceed the height weight standards i i have a 26 inch waist and a 17 inch neck, this puts my BMI at 26%. 2 % over the limit. recruiter is telling me to lose 2 inches off myt waist to make it. any ideas? correction. I have a 40.5 inch waist not 26 like I mentioned earlier. Im shooting for this Dec as a goal. i think thats pretty reasonable time to lose it in.

  3. drink lots of water..........increase protein reduce carbs......no soda...........try juice instead...........do cardio workout 4x per week .........pilates 4 x per week.....actually you can get a fantastic workout cardio and pilates combined in pilates for dummies dvd yes it is for real......i went down 2 sizes in 2months in my jeans that is ..........good luck
  4. exercise and proper diet.... i.e. run a lot
  5. Walk at least 3 miles a day, reduce fat and sugar from your diet.
