Lose inches fast to meet measurement requirements for the Navy...?
My husband is joining the Navy and has been safely loosing weight and inches by watching what he eats and doing cardio everyday. He is almost there, but is having trouble with the last two inches around his waist. Does anyone have any effective suggestions to temporarly loose those last two inches so he can sign? He does plan on continuing his daily regiment. Starving and not eating is not an option so please do not respond with that. Thanks.

- i do not approve of fad diets unless absolutely necessary for such occasions so dont do this yourself unless absolutely necessary. a fad diet by the way is a diet that consist of just eating what certain type of food. I have helped people win many weight loss competitions with this and the answer is simply tuna. keep eating regular meals as you were already doing but make the majority of the meals consist of water tuna. the protein is so high and calories so low that you will have tremenodus weight loss. make sure to take a multi-vitamin too make up for the vitamin deficiency that will occur from eating primarily one type of food. hope i helped i was in a hurry when i wrote this so please write back if you have any questions.
