I need to lose about 2 inches from my, well, hip area, and I need to do it in less than 2 weeks. ????

- A strict diet and exercise would be your best bet, but you will lose weight quick with weight watchers. Just laying off soda, junk food, bread, potatoes, and pasta will help you drop pounds ppretty quick.
