how many days will i lose 2 inches of my belly if i do thirty sit ups a day?

- you cant just do sit ups cause they tone, not get rid of, you should do crunches, and push up too, like I know push-ups is for your arms, but they work your cardio too....!!!
- You`ll have to do more than that per day. Don`t do this if the floor is hard, it may lead to something wrong in back!
- i don't really know, but i've been working on a six pack i am almost done. i don't think i lost alot of fat while doing my exercise, also i didn't do it everyday. But my guess would be that you could lose about two inches in 1 1/2 to 2 months the least could be 1 month.
- if u r just doing 30 sit ups a day ? i would be counting how long in months if that's all you have planned to loose the weight and there for 2 inch off ya waist
- hold your horses. You arent going to loose very many inches (even centimeters) by doing only 30 crunches. You have to have a good diet and a good excircise rutine. Also, dont just do situps. Run, pushups, curl, and bench, yes even if you are a girl (you dont need to do a lot of weight). Also, keep your diet from having too much sugar and fat and increase the protein. Hope this helps. :D
- it would take you an eternity. Doing sit ups makes your muscle grow larger(by maybe a fraction of a millimeter every 10 years considering the crap amount of exercise you are doing), pushing your fat out and making your belly even bigger.
- It is difficult to judge. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
- 30 sit ups a day is nothing. I make it a goal to do 25 everytime I sit down or relax throughout the day, that way I get at least 100 a day. Thats just to maintain. Hoping for results, maybe in a few months of regularly doing a substatial amount. Your question isn't very realistic. It all depends on your body too. Can't expect dramatic results. plus 2 inches is actually a huge deal.
