How to lose inches


How can I lose 2 inches in exactly one week?

in exactly one week, I'll be hitting the beach and I wanna look good. I know I should exercise more and start a diet but could you give me specific ones that would help me reach my goal? other suggestions are welcome :)

  1. Have you ever heard of a body wrap? You can do these at home (even though spas don't like you to believe you can). You can use ace bandages or cut up sheets to do them. What you do is you boil a large pot of water and put a small amount of aloe vera lotion in it. No more than 1/4 cup. You can mix tea, or coffee in and probably would be good if you included some type of citrus. Many people use sea salt but citrus also works well. Use a very small amount of all of these. You do not want to make 'soup' you just want to make a very watery mixture. Put your bandages in the water and let them soak for about 5 minutes. Remove them and let them cool off a bit or place them in a small tub of luke warm water to cool. Remove your clothing around the area that you want to lose the inches. Wrap your body up in the bandages (best to use more than less). Then you need to wait about 30 minutes while wrapped to let the water soak into your skin. After you think your skin is wet you should do excersises for 1 hour while wrapped up in them. I prefer to just job and walk around the block. This is something that people have been using for years. It does work and I have done it on myself. It is not temporary. You can do it again and again. It is just a way of removing cellulite from your body through the skin instead of by dieting. The Cellulite is squezed through your skin pores and into the bandages (which should be washed or tossed after use). The reason that you are making the bandages wet is so that when you lose the cellulite it is replaced with water so that you are not dehydrated.
  2. try and cut out as much salt and sugary stuff as you can.. the salt can make you blotted as well as sugary drinks.. so try and drink more water.. a good ab exercise is that bicycle crunch.. lay on your back lift your shoulders up off the ground bring your knee up and bring your opposite elbow to your knee.. and keep doing that.. my last gym instructor told me that was the best exercise to do for your abs as it works all of them front back and sides
