How can I lose 2 inches off my love handles in a month? IM 5.8" 138 pounds! How do i tone them fast!?

- 5.8 138 pounds? Why do you have love handles? That is actually a perfect weight for that height, maybe even a little under weight. If you have love handles at that weight, it might be a genetic thing. I would recommend doing crunches, but when coming up, go from side to side (make your elbows touch each knee).

- To answer to your question, I'll give you my own experimentation : In the only method really working for myself that I've discovered and tried, I've learned that everybody focus on abs exercises, and that this is a wrong approach, because abs exercises are not only very tiring, but also absolutely ineffective to burn fat away from abs, and this is the reason why most people give up quickly. In reality, the only effective way really working, is to stimulate body metabolism which, with appropriate and less tiring exercises, will burn fat very fast.
