- Stop thinking in inches; think instead in years; the years you will ADD ON TO YOUR LIFE if you start eating healthy!!! It's much more important to live than to lose. Weight, that is. So... Eat in moderation and healthy - a bit of protein, some calcium, some carbs, some sweets if you like. HAPPY MEDIUM is the key. and remember - always always ALWAYS exercise!! Also remember that weight can be hereditary sometimes. Don't get too depressed about your own powers of will if you find you're not shedding the pounds.
