i need to lose 2 inches on my thighs in two weeks?
i really dont know how to do it.i'm eating healthy and walkin everday..brisk walk morning and evening. please help!!!

- Long bicycle rides are great for the thighs. You'll firm them up in no time if you make it a habit of bicycling hardcore. I'm not saying it'll be easy, because losing that much girth in any area is really difficult in a short amount of time. Myself, I'm trying to bicycle about 1 1/2 hours, about 3 times a week as an exercise routine, in addition to other things. There are also leg exercise machines at gyms, but they're not nearly as cool as bicycling. It could be a lot of fun. Do it with a friend.

- i think you should be able too...if you walk 5mph per hour .eat super healthy green vegetables fruits..especially for that sugar kick. good luck
