If I lose 2 inches off my waist, aproximatley how many centimeters will i lose off my arms?

1. The distribution of adipose tissue (fat tissue) is completely dependent upon your genes. Some people may lose 2 inches of their weight without any noticeable change to their arms. Others may have a significant reduction in their arm circumfrence. Also, it depends upon how muscular you are and how overweight you are to begin with! So...it is hard to answer this question. But I'll make a guess anyway for you: 0.75cm :)
