How can I lose 2 inches in a month?
Honestly I doubt it will be possible... But I really want to. How can I stay healthy, and lose as close to two inches from my waist as possible.. I figure thats like 15-20 pounds.. In a month.. So it wont be healthy. But is it possible to do and stay healthy? and how if so?

- exercising daily and eating right, losing 15-20 pounds is fairly easy to do healthfully if you are determined to stick to consistently exercising and dieting. other than that there's no magic bullet method of losing weight in a short period of time healthfully.
