What to do...I need to lose 2 inches by Thanksgiving (thursday!!)?
OK...so...I have these ADORABLE pants that I got to wear on Thanksgiving but they are a little tight. SO I need to lose 1-2 inches by Thursday! HOW? I can't work out all day because I have school, so don't tell me to do that. But give me tips please! =] THANKS! ALSO don't tell me that it's not possible because that will just bring me down...pump me up! =]

- By thursday, your best bet is to get a really good "body shaper." You aren't going to be able to "lose" that weight by Thursday.
- I would just use smaller portions. Instead of having a salad and a Kit Kat for lunch, have just a salad. Also, drink lots of water. Water burns fat and so it will dramatically help you. When you're at home and have a few mintues to spare, do a couple of situps. Situps help you shrink your stomach and waist. If you do 25-50 a day you should be able to fit into your pants. By doing these thiings, you should be able to wear your pants.* Good Luck =] >> xoxo ♥
- What to eat: Slim Fast Shake For Breakfast. 4 Hard Boiled Egg Whites For Lunch. 2 Grilled Chicken Cutlet For Dinner. No Sugar Popsicle For Dessert. Work Out: Stretch First!! 50 Jumping Jacks 20 Push Ups 50 Crunches Lost 5.5 pounds in three days, I'm not sure how many inches though. Whenever your not busy try to keep your self doing something productive that involves moving around.
