how do i lose 2 inches off my waist?
ok, i want to lose 2 inches off my waist within a month. my measurements are 38-28-38. i'm 5'1 and weigh128 pounds. i've been running and drinking water, but there's not really any results. i don't want to do anything crazy like taking weight loss pills or liposuction. so what should i do?

- Abdominal exercise would be the best solution!Stretch your abdomen as much as you can,until you feel the muscles inside want to break off.(starting gradually of course) Walk as much as you can, like if there's some place you want to go which is at 5 minutes drive; you could better walk there. The more you walk in normal routine, wihtout it being the "walk" or "jog" you do to get slim; the better the chances are to get better!It worked wonders for me, lost about 10 pounds.And you are drinking loads of water, it should work!
- You really sound lovely as you are, and it's near impossible to sport reduce. If you lose 2 inches off the waist, chances are you will also lose from the hips and bust. Have you ever thought about wearing a corset? This can take 2-4 inches of the waist....imagine having a 38-24-38 figure!! HTH : )
- Running is great! but you also need to work on your abs. The ab balls out there really do help and target the abdominal mussels. You can get one at almost any target or walmart.
