How to lose inches


how can i lose 2 inches in 15-20 days?

i really need to lose about 2 inches especially around my thighs).how could i do that?which excercises are good to reduce the thighs?is walking 10 kilometers a day good?i dont go to gyms.please help!! thanks :)
