How do I lose 2 inches off the belly within 2 weeks?
Ok, so I need to lose about 2 inches off my stomache within just 2 weeks, but how can I do it? I will be choosing a best answer. I wanna look really good for school!

- Hmmmm You can always try a diet that helps you rid of things I find the South Beach the best. Yes, its like the Atkins the first 2 weeks, but after that it intergrates grains and fruits. The good carbs, so to me its healthier. In two weeks from the South Beach, you could loose that 2 inches. I lost 9lbs from it, but dont' know about inches. I know me pants fit better. You can also just cut your portions down, and exercise.

- Run a lot, swim a lot, walk a lot. Eat a balanced diet in small portions. Towards the last couple of days, don't drink too much. Hold your breath when you measure.
- Been there, done that! The ONLY thing is to eat 'clean' and do cardio (running/cycling) 30 minutes daily, without fail, on an empty stomach before breakfast. Eat 5 meals a day, which consist of fruits and lean meat/eggs/soy...oh, and don't forget to do crunches (aim for about 50 daily)...hope that helps! :)
- Well the best way to lose fat is to work up your metabolism. Eat moderate amounts and every 4-5 hours. Work out! My Recommendation: Do 100 crunches a day, either 50 twice a day or 33 three times a day with one extra the last time, and same thing goes for lifting weights (3 or 5 lb. weights are fine). Just remember, with crunches, you lift and burn with your upper body, all your hands are for is to keep your neck straight! If you can, go swimming or biking, they both help tremendously in metabolism. Running too if you'd like. Doing crunches will help burn off the fat on your tummy, you may not see a difference in weight though (you're replacing fat with muscle), but you will look nice and toned! Eating plenty also raises metabolism just don't eat TOO much. Don't forget, sweets are not a food group =P. Also, do not cut down on portions unless you eat like a piggy! Do not eat small amounts of food, not only will your metabolism slow down, after crunches, if you're on a practically empty stomach, you WILL experience huge amounts of pain! By any chance, are you trying to lose weight within two weeks for school? (School starts for me in two weeks too.)

- ok, you will really have to commit to this for it to work. First, focus on belly breathing ALL THE TIME, as you breath in let your stomach expand out, and as you breath out pull your stomach in and tighten. Next, get some five pound dumbells, or some item that is weighted and set them on your shoulders. Sit on a chair and and just crunch down as you pull your stomach in. Do this about 30 times 3 days a week. Then also do that same movement to the side to work your obliques(aka love handles). Now if you really want some fast results you are going to have to eat differently too. I recommend the fat smash diet where you eat just fruits and veggies for nine days and then gradually incorporate other foods. It wouldn't hurt to incorporate some aerobic exercise as well. but do something you enjoy like take a bike ride or go rollerblading with some friends. When you are doing a hard core eating program at least enjoy the exercise or your body will hate you.
