13. Best Answer - Chosen by Asker Definitely eat really healthy and cut down on the food, but not alot jsut so there isnt so much fats and stuff like that. Never starve yourself though. I found doing 50 sit ups every night works great too. Stretch alot and get a good workout routine that isnt going to kill you. Even if its a little jog down the road everyday. This will activate ur message system from stomach to the brain so that u stop eating as soon as u feel full. Take plenty of regular light exercises and go for brisk walks. All unseemly spots will loose inches with pleasure in a reasonable time.
