- change up ur routine. ur body become accustomed to the routine ur doing so it doesnt lose as much as if u had first started. also change up ur eating habits. let go of some carbs for awhile...eat mostly in morning and afternoon but none at night. essentially u have hit a plateau and ur body needs to be shocked to wake it up and start to lose weight again
- watch your food
- Some flab is just there to stay, sorry... You might check your diet too
- Seems your body cannot handle the sugar.Just give up sugar/sweets and see how fast you will lose the inches.
- how tall are you, becuase i can't really tell what a good weight for you. the reason you might not lose weight because of the food that you eat. It doesn't mesh with how your body lose weight. Try setting up a diet to lose weight
- Weight loss is due to your body's processing of fat. Fat is processed when exercise is increased. Fat is created/stored when food containing fats is consumed. You've already thought of one half of the equation. What's the other half?
- It's almost assuredly your calorie intake, but you may be building muscle. You have to examine your workout calorie burn, vs. your intake. You also have to examine your workout to see if you are doing the correct sorts of excersizes in the correct form for weight loss...
- One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that they are going to lose a great deal of weight by working out. In reality, while you are getting yourself more healthy, and improving your body in other ways, you aren't going to lose a great deal of weight. The reason being, muscle weighs more than fat. So, you are burning calories, and losing fat, but you are gaining muscle, so you will be more well defined and less flabby. But, you really shouldn't be focusing on just losing the weight, you have to change your lifestyle, and change your way of thinking. If you continue to eat the same way, you aren't going to notice any real change in your body. You need to change your eating habits and combine that with exercise. While, you might not notice a dramatic weight loss, you will start to see your body shape change and I'm sure you will be happy with the results.
- You most likely have no more inches to lose. Depending on your height you sound like a pretty good weight. Your body gets used to the activity you do, so mix it up and challenge your body. You'll at least get more toned since you sound like you have no fat to lose. Trick your body to think you're doing something more strenous and get body sweating. You never want to stick to routine exercising. Cardio couple times during week then change to like just strength training one night. Best of luck, watch what you eat, need plenty protein
- Try some circuit training to spread your routine
