How to lose inches


Need to lose inches fast?

What is the most effective exercise to add to my diet regiment to lose inches rapidly. Running is not an option, weak knees, swimming is out, can't swim. What other exercises would be best.

  1. Starve yourself. It worked for me. I skip completely everything for two days, and the next day i eat a ton of ONLY fruit and vegetables.

  3. ok how will starving make you lose inches? i think you should have fruits and vegetables for a week or so
  4. ANy kind of sit ups or crunches would work out your core. Also laying flat and lifting the legs straight up works out your lower gut.
  5. try apple and milk during breakfast ..then oats, cereal.. but just enough .. dont starve yourseld.. you will end up having an ulcer. try biscuits .. or you could lessen your bread with white meat.. have a balance diet and rest.. consult a physical theraphist what kind of exercise suit you
